The 2022 Hellraiser is the first franchise entry since the original two films to take the mythology seriously enough to be worth recommending. David Bruckner's rigorous internal logic around the box's rules gives the Cenobites a coherent function and Jamie Clayton's Pinhead is threatening rather than just iconic. The best Hellraiser sequel by some distance.
