Evil Dead Burn commits fully to the franchise's brand of relentless, gory chaos and delivers on the sixth entry's promise of the series' most savage installment yet. Sebastien Vanicek, coming off his acclaimed debut Infested, brings a visceral, sensory approach that treats the possession outbreak as pure physical assault rather than restrained dread, and the family-dinner-turned-massacre structure gives the film a claustrophobic intensity the earlier sequels didn't always achieve.
