Synopsis
Miles Bennell returns to his California hometown and starts fielding patients who all share the same complaint: someone close to them has changed. The changes are subtle at first, a wrong pause, a smile that doesn't reach the eyes. Don Siegel keeps the horror in those small details, and the result is one of the most quietly suffocating paranoia films ever made.
