Why it’s HorroRated
Hostel Part III moves the setting to Las Vegas and loses the displacement that made the first two films work. What it gains is a slicker production and some creativity in how the operation integrates into the Vegas hospitality infrastructure. For franchise viewers who want more story. Others should probably stop at Part II.
Synopsis
A Las Vegas bachelor party connects four friends to the Elite Hunting Club through the city's hospitality infrastructure. The direct-to-video production removes the European setting that gave the first two films their specific sense of displacement. For franchise completionists only.
