The hospital corridor scene is one of the most effectively delayed scares in 90s horror. Wildly underseen.
Synopsis
Kinderman from the original Exorcist returns to investigate killings that echo a long-dead serial killer. The case pulls him toward a psychiatric patient he's been visiting and the connections become increasingly hard to rationalize away. William Peter Blatty directs his own sequel with a focus on grief and faith rather than shock, and George C. Scott makes every scene he's in count.
