Synopsis
James and Kristen are dealing with a difficult night when three figures with no apparent reason for what they're doing appear outside the house. Bryan Bertino's film is built almost entirely from atmosphere and waiting and the choice to leave their motivation unexplained is exactly right. A slow, cold piece of horror that asks you to sit with discomfort.
